Airlink Direct Flights From South Africa to Entebbe Airport

Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, Airlink is one of the international airlines that fly planes to Entebbe airport in Uganda. It majorly provides services to both small and larger hub airports with flights along 60 routes across fifty destinations in various parts of the world.

With the need to enter into East Africa’s market, Air link took a step to expand its aviation services to the Pearl of Africa. It now operates four flights every week from Johannesburg to EBB.

After the launch, officials from the Airlines and representatives of the South African government appreciated the Ministry of transport and works and the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority for approving their license to operate in Uganda. Posted below are some of the statements from the top leaders.

Air link’s planes don’t have middle seats. Onboard customers are treated to a complimentary light meal, a choice of a window seat with great legroom, refreshments, and comfort. There is also a 20kg free luggage allowance on economy tickets and a 15kg sporting equipment allowance.

If you need to use Air Link for your trip to Johannesburg, here is the schedule. Flight 4Z 190 leaves Johannesburg at 21:15 and reaches EBB airport at 02:30 am (late night) on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

Then Flight 4Z 191 leaves Entebbe at 03:30 am and reaches Johannesburg at 07:00 am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Air link signed an interline agreement with Kenya Airways. This was meant to enable Air link travelers to reach more destinations in the East African region.
