Ask for a quote
The first thing to ask for is the quotation of transport fee for your trip. Know all that is included in the shared price like waiting time, parking and toll fees, night surcharge, luggage, and gratuities. Some companies don’t indicate includes and exclude. Don’t hesitate to ask everything. You are free to negotiate.
Specify the type of Car
While indicating the pickup or drop-off information, also include and specify the type of car you need for your trip. Most operators use minivans like Toyota Noah, Legius, and saloon cars like Toyota Premio, Wish, Ipsum, Raum, and more. If the quote and other terms are favorable, you can go on and reserve the taxi service in advance. Ask for a confirmation note such that you have evidence in case of anything.

Follow the directives
The booking agent will guide you on how to locate the driver. Please follow the directions. It is usually like this. When you move out of the terminal, look for a raised poster that showcases your name. In case the person isn’t available, contact the reservation agent by phone call or text to sort out the issue.
Turn on your Phone
Charge your phone and put it on when you arrive at Entebbe international airport. In case you fail to locate the driver, you can use your phone to contact the person who reserved your taxicab. If you don’t have an internet connection, visit one of the kiosks at the airport and ask the attendant to help you call the person responsible for your pick up.
