Driving from Kampala or Entebbe To Aruu Falls

Located in the Pader district, Aruu Falls is one of the hidden secrets in Uganda. If your main reason for a tour to Uganda is waterfalls, don’t forget to reach this natural wonder in the northern region. The drive from Kampala or Entebbe to Aruu falls takes about 7-8 hours. It is 4km off the Pader – Kitgum road.

The major road to use from the capital is the Kampala – Masindi – Gulu highway. You drive up to Gulu. From this city, you continue via Gulu – Kitgum road and ride up to Angagura center. From this point, you branch off and drive for some kilometers up to the mighty falls.
