The Expressway starts from Abayita ababiri and continues to different points including Busega, Sentema, Namungona, Kajjansi, and Munyonyo.

You can also connect to the Northern bypass that leads you through Kalerwe, Kisasi, Kyaliwajjala, Namugongo, to Seeta, and connect to Jinja road.

For Munyonyo route you can connect to places like Buziga, Bunga, Ggaba, Makindye, Muyenga, Kasanga, Kabalagala, Butabika and a lot more.
